"Xiao Long Bao"/Steamed Pork Dumplings: These thin skin delicious “xiao long bao” or steamed pork dumplings offered nice bites, the meat fillings were well marinated with a hint of fragrance and distinct flavour. Each dumpling was steamed to perfection with soupy filling. None was mushy. They are not top-heavy with a thick fold on top. We were able to pick up each with a pair of chopsticks without breaking the skin.
