Asian salad with ingredients ranging from turnip, mango, pineapple, cucumber, fried Chinese dough stick [you tiao], bean sprouts, water convolvulus [kangkong], cured cuttlefish etcetera dressed with a sweet peanut sauce flavouring with prawn paste and comes either with or without chillies.
