Fried Hokkien Mee


Fried Hokkien Mee

It is lightly damp with soft noodles served on a fragrant soft palm bark [opei leaf], well flavoured, textured with eggs [sometimes] and with pieces prawns and sotong rings served with sambal chillies and lime.

Rika said this was good...must be, because there is always a queue waiting to be served.
