Beef Noodles
Beef noodles, an adequately flavoured sauce spooned over a bowl of thick rice noodles with slices of blenched beef is most satisfying! Sadly, this bowl I had lacked the oomph! It is mediocre...some flavours were certainly missing from the sauce!
