ER and I went to Waterloo Street again. Tentatively this will be a monthly visit. Once there naturally we would like to eat our favourite food and have drinks or desserts from this area. Indian food and ginger tea have become an inclusive. Today, we finally walked to Short Street which was just a short distance from a traffic junction along Rochor Road. Here we enjoyed the famous bean curd jelly that was soft, smooth and silken with "you tiao".
